Our Spiced Ginger Cider:
To make our very special seasonal mulled cider blend, we use our homemade mulled syrup. This is a blend of herbs, spices and ginger which takes 14 days to infuse in stainless steel tanks. When the syrup is infused, we blend it with our cider and a small amount of sugar. The cider is then filtered and pasteurised slowly before being bottled.

We recommend to serve this cider warm for a stronger aroma but it is equally delicious when served cold.

Our Apple Cider Brandy:
Our signature Apple Brandy is made using our very own cider, which has been distilled five times and then matured in oak casks for a minimum of six months, creating a lovely well-rounded flavour. The oak brings out a rich colour and results in a deliciously smooth brandy.

To be enjoyed in a large brandy glass in the evenings.

Golden in colour, wonderful apple aromas and a smooth finish. At a strong 43.0% ABV it certainly packs a punch, with no compromises made on flavour.
