Our apples are fermented naturally with wild yeast and slowly matured without artificial flavourings or preservatives for an all natural cider that’s packed with flavour. Our cidery continues to perfect smooth and rounded recipes that are expertly crafted, without compromise. All of our ciders contain high juice content; we never use concentrates. You can visit our farm and book in a tour to see how we make our cider.

TAPROOM SPECIAL
Limited Edition Sparkling Cider
Introducing a single variety Katy cider made slowly using wild yeasts and natural sugars. We created this special cider to celebrate the opening of our taproom, which was delayed due to the pandemic. It is a limited release of only 200 cases!
Tasting notes: This single variety cider is grassy on the nose, clear filtered, light and carbonated. The taste is fruity, floral and refreshing with a smooth, astringent finish.

RED DEVIL
Limited Edition Red Devil Single Variety Cider
International Cider Challenge 2018 - Bronze award
As with all of our ciders, this is slowly fermented at ambient temperatures with wild yeast and natural sugars. After a malolactic fermentation and a careful re-rack, this as lovely as it was the first time we released it three years ago.
Aptly named after the Red Devil Parachute display team, these cider apples create some amazing flavours. When pressed, the juice holds a lovely pink colour; the pink gradually dissipated with the maturation and we decided not to interfere with the course of nature. The end result was a bright and clear wine-style cider, similar to a rosé in taste.
Tasting notes: On the nose, this has a floral and fruity finish. To taste there are hints of strawberry and a lovely crisp apple finish.

WHISKEY CASK
Limited Edition Oak-Aged Cider
Introducing a unique blend of Kingston Black cider aged in whiskey casks.
Made slowly using wild yeasts and natural sugars. This cider is made from a blend of Kingston Black apples from a 30-year-old orchard and matured in single malt whiskey casks from Auchentoshan distillery.
Tasting notes: Dark amber in colour. Hints of whiskey on the nose. Very dry and super smooth with a whiskey finish. Serve with strong farmhouse cheddar, pickle and pork pie.

Limited Edition Dry Perry

International Cider Challenge 2021 - Silver award
A delicious, dry perry fermented with wild yeasts and matured to perfection. Made with a blend of Gin, Brandy, Hendre Huffcap, Judge Amplet, Greenhorse, and Taynton Squash perry pears that have been grown and harvested in a delightful farm in the Shropshire countryside, this perry is wonderfully cloudy in colour.
Tasting notes: An elegant floral aroma on the nose. The perry is silky smooth and has a delicious dry finish. Naturally still. Serve chilled with a slice of lemon, pairs excellently with a joint of roast pork.

APPLE BRANDY
Our signature Apple Brandy is made using our very own cider, which has been distilled five times and then matured in oak casks for a minimum of six months, creating a lovely well-rounded flavour. The oak brings out a rich colour and results in a deliciously smooth brandy.
Tasting notes: Golden in colour, wonderful apple aromas and a smooth finish. At a strong 43.0% ABV it certainly packs a punch, with no compromises made on flavour. To be enjoyed in a large brandy glass in the evenings.
