We are welcoming TJ Yoga to Napton Cidery for the first Yoga & Wellbeing morning retreat. Taking place on Saturday 7th September from 10-12. The workshop will include Pranayama, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Guided Relaxation and Walking Meditation. Herbal teas will be provided afterwards.
